Our practice We are making some adjustments to our practice flow at this time due to COVID-19.
Please do not come into the office if you are sick, if you have been exposed, if you have had any travel in the last 21 days, or if you are on quarantine.
Appointment options:

Get discs and reports of all imaging (x-ray, MRI, EMG) we may need.
Getting ready:
New patients, please go to this page and fill out forms ahead of time.
Follow up patients, give us updated information by logging into your Patient Fusion portal.
Telemedicine patients: go to this page for further instructions.
Date of appointment:
Wear loose fitting clothes for the part of your body we will be examining,
Don’t forget images and reports.
Call us from your car and let us know that your have arrived. We will respect the “social distancing” rules and call you in for your appointment.
When your appointment is done, feel free to leave. We are limiting our face to face communication.
Follow up appointment are made from your car or home after your appointment as instructed. We are scheduling follow up on a case by case basis. Follow up
in person, or by telemedicine.
If needed only ONE family member/visitor can accompany you during your appointment.
After your appointment:
Use patient fusion to review lab results, review records, check on upcoming appointment and/or leave us a message.
Scheduling of surgeries, imaging studies, and therapy:
Our practice will work with you to make sure you will continue to receive high quality treatment in a safe and timely manner during COVID-19.
Surgical procedures that are urgent or emergent are scheduled immediately. More elective cases will be scheduled on a case by case basis pending updates from local hospitals and health authorities. Your health and success remains our priority and we will update our elective surgery patients on an on going basis regarding their procedures.
Advanced imaging studies and other tests may take longer than usual to be scheduled by the imaging facility. We will work with local facilities and your insurance to see where we can schedule your test in a timely manner.
The success of your surgical outcomes also requires proper physical therapy. Certain procedures still require the assistance of a licensed physical therapist. Be sure to ask your therapist for a home exercise program if you feel more comfortable working on your progress in your own home.
